The selected candidates will have to complete the 4 years of the course to be granted the Permanent Commission in the army in the rank of Lieutenant. Indian Army TES Job Profile

After completing 4 years of the course, the cadets will get the rank of Lieutenant in the army. The job profile of Indian Army Lieutenant will be as follow:

• They are responsible for the maintenance of documentation of troops, Hygienic environment, and the welfare of their family.
• They are required to train the troops for the operational roles and several professional courses as well.
• They are also responsible to take care of the weapons and other equipment required in war.
• They are directed by the seniors to participate in searches, attack missions, and surveillance.

Indian Army TES Perks and Allowances

Only the candidates who have completed 5 years training period are granted the rank of Lieutenant in the Indian Army. Along with the rank and the basic salary, the candidates are also eligible to receive the additional allowances and perks as admissible to their post:

• Military Service Pay - Rs. 15,500
• Fixed Stipend for Cadet Training - Rs. 56,100 pm for NDA cadets upon completing 3 years of the training period. After the completion of 4 years of training, the candidate will get the rank of Lt and will receive a salary as per the rank.
• Flying Allowance (Army Aviators) - For Level 10 and above - Rs. 25,000 per month fixed.
• Dearness allowance 
• Kit maintenance allowance: Rs. 20,000 per year
